  1. Interesting visuals. Are we looking through jars?

Close, it was a water jug. 🙂 I added a bit of extra distortion.

  2. Oh, I really like these, Joseph. They have that thing I like: I have no idea what they are. Plus of course I like their abstract nature and the subtle subtle colouring.

Thanks very much. Actually, I was trying emulating your style. I guess I was successful with these. There are a few more images on the way. 🙂

  3. I like these, the hand-basin, the shower. They remind me of the morning after my wedding reception. Art illustrating life. Tony

Glad to make a personal connection. I think that sometimes the more abstract/impressionistic image draws up deeper connections in the viewer.

  4. Ohhh, excellent. I like these very much. The multiple distortions are fascinating. You must be looking through my eyes when I don’t wear my lenses. 😉

My eyes are pretty off kilter. I have had only proper vision in one eye from birth. This explains my affinity for the camera; we are both one eye idiots. Unfortunately my “good” eye jumped the fence to nearsightedness when I was young. That explains my fascination with distorted images (looks right to me). Add Canadian irony and it is as obvious as the glasses on my nose. 😀

  5. I would have guessed these might have been shot through jars, too! Very, very cool!

Thanks very much. The jug was almost empty. This created the equidistant inverted distortion layers for the light. I added a bit more of distorting using ISO cube-tile effect.
