OK I admit, you totally lost me with the words, but I love the last image and frame – is that enough 🙂 ?

Technically, this is a type of found poem. I modified a text on Kant’s ideas using word-play and graphics. The main idea that I was playing with is Synthetic “a priori ” judgements. “A priori” – Latin for from the earlier/comes before. An analytical judgement often refers to math & science. You arrive at it after not before. Kant was interested in perception & ethics. How do we perceive and come to ethical judgements.

The brackets and equal signs are the math equation . Subjective ethical beliefs are referenced in the back of the bus and mountain lines. Post singularity refers to how human organic existence is moving towards a blending with machine technology.

So the images play with what we see & believe to be true. Masks are artificial faces that modify identity. The wires entering the head are the beginning of altered personality.

Hope I did not confuse you …. too much . 😀

Yes. I managed an Ashley vision of myself. My wife had commented that when I was sitting in the chair it looked like the wires were going into my head. Made use of my phone-camera to take the shot. 😀
