Today, the road curved to the left.
The sky filled up the horizon.
Lines marked the road
With urgent directions.
Today, the road curved to the left.
Today, the road curved to the right.
Orange markers punctuated the direction.
Concrete walls reinforced life’s urgency;
Sharply bending the horizon
To productive ends.
Today, the road curved to the right.
Note to travelers: The first three images are of the Elliot Lake streets & Highway 108 heading south from Elliot Lake. The last image is of Highway 401 heading to Toronto from London.
Some days the road curves in all directions. . . .
I’m eager to stop in for a longer visit and will do that when I have more time.
Thanks very much. I have been enjoying your haunting series of ethereal white flowers. 🙂
The 401, or as I like to call it “Hell’s Highway”. Somehow you managed to make it look barren.
Early morning ride – managed to stay between the packs of the commuting hoards & trucking car-goes. 😀
