Textured Text: Bookcase Borders

Bookcase Borders FGD

Textured Text interpretations of Books in the Bookcase. The aged paper textures & mandalas present a pattern of memory and a weaved web of words and glyphs.

Many thanks. While preparing more Atlantean Wall murals, I veered off into paper/wood textures. They seemed to work well with photos of books/bookcases. I now have a series building with a couple more posted on Surreal Thursday. Creating the mandalas & wall murals can be therapeutic / mesmerizing / habituating. 😀

  3. I really like these, Joseph, along with the images you’ve posted before that have this kind of processing and lovely mandalas.

Thanks Ashley. I am working on a few more in both the bookcase series and the Atlantean series.
