The sun lies broken
As Autumn fades under
The cold grey light.
Winter begins to weave
Her clouds with icy lace.
Too soon it will be time
To sleep motionless
Under a white blanket.

Yes. The days are getting shorter and a cold shiver is in the air.
Some people like the winter cold. I like the warm of summer.
Plus, if it snows, my driveway is just a little too long and my arms aren’t strong enough to shovel that far!!

We have started with light dustings of snow. As I grow older i have become less fond of winter. Dull grey days & poor travel ling conditions take away from some of the enjoyment.

Nicely done. The poor sun. It won’t be long now.
