Antique Impressions: Wool Gathering

Wool Gathering fr

Wool gathering over antique impressions of past experiences

Leads me to reflecting on the sight of beaver lodges in the fall.

Who is the master here ?

No architect college necessary to join this lodge.

The sheep gazes in comfort at gawking  city dwellers

Who have all devoured their hotdogs and burgers

Before coming to pet & feed the friendly animals.

A safe haven or a prison ?

  1. Why cut the hair all off in the winter? I assume that’s a current show? The ewe looks newborn somehow. Yes, I think she’s grateful to be indoors to take a nap on the hay.
If, indeed, sheep ponder such things…

Actually this was taken during the summer at Storybook Gardens in London Ontario. Aside from Canadian geese, ducks and fish, the only animals they still have are the farm animals & peacocks. My wife’s childhood memories are now just that, a part of history. 🙂
“Do Androids dream of Electric Sheep ?” – a much better title than “Blade Runner”

Thanks Ashley. You now know where that beastie eye in the Halloween post came from. 🙂
