The cactus flower stares out.

That is a smart cactus. I think our cactus plant decided to bale. They have not appreciated the length of the cold and lack of sunlight. If we don’t get a break soon they will be gone.

We lost a couple of window plants. They freeze dried. The cactus seem to be pretty hardy. Cactus don’t care for scratchy gauchies . 🙂

I love the Christmas Cactus. I used to have several of them and was always delighted when they bloomed. The scene outside the window has grown bizarre, I think. Chuckle…

I have not been over to that side of the backyard in over a month. I had to keep a path clear to reach the bird feeders & the table. After two wind swept nights the snow depth in the path went from my shins to my hips. No place to put the stuff. 😀
