Pardon the Gas

Pardon the Gas

After much fussing about with effects & layers, I went with a Bleach Bypass. Brought out dramatic sharp detail. Notice that the there is an incline. The sidewalk  slopes , as do many in Elliot Lake.

The gas companies did not hear of ( anticipate ) the forecast of this year’s long hard winter.  They now face unexpected gas demands and are seeking a 40 % price hike in April,……. ” April is the cruellest month”.

Fascinating how their failure to run their business properly results in the consumer paying more. I also find it difficult to understand how what is an essential service can be run by independent companies. Of course the arguement is that independent companies are more efficient than government run services.
