I’m especially a fan of the first photo…has my imagination going thinking of tiny gnomes and fairies and their wooden castle in the middle of the lily lake.

Oddly, I don’t remember ever seeing water lilies except in pictures. Your photos are really kind of magical.

There is a tendency to think of them in the context of Japanese gardens or a painting, rather than in their natural surroundings. Glorious & magical when you come upon a mass of wild ones stretched out before you. 🙂
