      Thanks very much Lee. The frame is a variation on the taped layer that I used to modify the image. Two for one effect. 😀

      Thanks very much. I create my own layers and borders. I use PaintShop Pro in combination with a number of plug-ins – Redfield, OptikVerve-Photo Lab Virtual Photographer, and Color Efex Pro. See my Photography & Media Resources page for various links. My tutorial pages show the methodology in creative madness 🙂
