Thanks very much Lee. The frame is a variation on the taped layer that I used to modify the image. Two for one effect. 😀

Thanks very much. I create my own layers and borders. I use PaintShop Pro in combination with a number of plug-ins – Redfield, OptikVerve-Photo Lab Virtual Photographer, and Color Efex Pro. I have been pushing the envelope of the experimental image & writing processes on my Implied Spaces blog. See Sudden Impact for an example of how I took the process used on this post to something more complex –
