Ah! for some rain – short shower yesterday but now about 400mm (16″?) down on average for the first 3 months. We’d normally get between 500-600mm. so things are pretty dry around here.

Swings in temperatures and precipitation patterns seem to becoming the normal expectation. We have warnings of 10 to 15 mm for tonight and 15 to 25 mm for tomorrow. Combined with frozen ground, lakes and creeks and they are warning of possible flooding in some locations.
One hopes for the best. Take care.
