Surreal Thursday : Some Implied Spaces

For this Surreal Thursday, here are a selection of images from my Implied Spaces blog.

Implied Spaces is a term that derives from art and architecture. It has since expanded into the area of 3D modelling and the concept has implications for Mass Media, literature, sociology and other cultural studies. All About Implied Space

      That shot was taken during a power outage. On the street below us , they had special lights and equipment set up. Took a couple of shots at different settings. This one, after a bit of processing had a very ghostly/noirish atmosphere. 🙂

        First I adjusted the contrast and then converted the shot to a monochrome-tonal . Played a bit more with saturation and contrast to emphasize an antique/Victorian quality. The ghostly double image in the original shot became more pronounced as a consequence. 🙂
